the process of a painting

The process of a painting is intriguing to me.  It might be a process of 2 days or it might be a process of a year.  This painting,,, Roots and Wings was one of my earliest paintings.  But i became unhappy with it and decided to continue to work on it.  I continue to work it,   and the more i do,  the more i feel invested and in love with the work.    It is not yet complete but i am soooo enjoying the process and the creation.  I hope you enjoy seeing the various stages of this painting. thoughts??
